Optimising the exchange of ideas and experiences is one aim of Diversity networks and mentoring programmes. The guiding principle is that members of an out-group do not have the same opportunities for personal and professional development as members of in-groups do. The latter commonly maintain informal networks.

We deliver effective networking structures and operations which will make diversity visible and tangible within your organisation. The so-called core dimensions of Diversity or specific issues of your organisation may serve as criteria to build networks. We design meetings with multipliers and specialists, of networks, facilitate the process or take care of the evaluation.

In addition, we offer our support in the analyses and development of existing mentoring programmes.
